Before We Start
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with The Pink Pigeon Ltd for The Lay of the Land live experiences delivered by Tina Hall.
I'm genuinely looking forward to exploring The Lay of the Land with you.
To make sure everyone has the best possible experience, here are a few things to know before you book your place.
Your Booking
Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
As each live expedition has limited spaces, your booking reserves one of those places.
Please check that you're available to attend before completing your booking.
Choosing Your Expedition
Each expedition covers the same complete Lay of the Land experience.
The only difference is the date and time, so simply choose the one that works best for you.
If You Can't Make It
Life happens, and I completely understand that unexpected things can get in the way.
If illness or unforeseen circumstances mean you're unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible.
Where possible, I'll happily transfer your booking to another available expedition.
Transfers are offered at my discretion and depend on availability.
If you don't attend without letting me know, or contact me after the expedition has started, your booking can't be transferred or refunded.
Refunds
Because each place is reserved specifically for you, bookings are non-refundable.
If I ever need to postpone or cancel an expedition, you'll be offered the choice of an alternative date or a full refund.
Live Online Experience
The Lay of the Land is a live online experience delivered via Zoom.
Please ensure you have:
• A reliable internet connection
• A device with audio
• A quiet place where you can fully participate
Joining instructions will be emailed before your chosen expedition.
Recording
The expedition will be recorded for my own training, quality assurance and future programme development.
The recording isn't shared with participants and isn't available as a replay if you're unable to attend.
By attending, you acknowledge that the session will be recorded for these purposes.
Confidentiality
The Lay of the Land works because people feel safe enough to be honest.
Please respect the privacy of everyone attending by keeping personal stories and discussions shared during the expedition confidential.
Participation
This isn't a presentation.
It's a live, interactive experience.
You're encouraged to participate, ask questions and reflect throughout the day.
You're never expected to share anything you don't feel comfortable sharing.
The more you engage, the more you'll take away from the experience.
Personal Responsibility
The Lay of the Land is designed to help you better understand your behaviour, decision-making and sales patterns.
While I'll guide, challenge and support you throughout the experience, any decisions you make or actions you take afterwards remain your own responsibility.
For that reason, I can't guarantee individual business or financial results.
Wellbeing
The Lay of the Land is a coaching and educational experience.
It isn't therapy, counselling or a substitute for medical or mental health support.
If you're currently experiencing significant mental health difficulties, please seek support from an appropriately qualified professional.
Intellectual Property
All materials, frameworks, exercises, maps and resources shared during The Lay of the Land remain the intellectual property of Tina Hall.
They're provided for your personal learning and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught or shared without written permission.
Respect
I want The Lay of the Land to feel like a space where people can think honestly, ask questions and explore without judgement.
Please treat everyone attending with kindness and respect.
I reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or disrespectful. In these circumstances, refunds won't be given.

The Lay of the Land isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about understanding yourself well enough to stop fighting who you already are.
These terms aren't here to catch you out. They're here so everyone knows what to expect before we begin our journey together.
